Rhythmic Angels® is a well-established and only one rhythmic gymnastics program in Farmington, Connecticut, offering classes for girls from age 3.5 through high school.
Your daughter will build coordination, flexibility, and strength — and grow more confident along the way — while learning to work with hoops, ribbons, clubs, and balls, all choreographed to music. Classes are small, and every girl gets individual attention.

We are a USA Gymnastics Member Club (#930520), led by USA Gymnastics Member Instructor Jula Jermakov (#602365).
Coach Jula was born in Latvia and began rhythmic gymnastics in her native Riga at age five. In 2012 she began coaching in the United States at Rhythmic Dreams in Needham, MA, one of the most respected rhythmic academies in the Northeast.

She relocated to the Farmington–West Hartford area in 2014 and is a USA Gymnastics Member Instructor (#602365). Today she coaches gymnasts from age 3.5 through high school at the Rhythmic Angels facility on Executive Drive in Farmington — from a first class with a hoop to competitive routines.

Rhythmic gymnastics is one of the most beautiful Olympic sports. Through rhythmics, children can experience a rich variety of music, international dance styles, yoga-level flexibility, and breathtaking coordination.

Custom leotard designs, creative teamwork, training with multiple apparatus including hoops, ribbons, jump ropes, balls and clubs, plus personality-infused routines will all enhance your child's aesthetic and athletic education. Every child will find something to love about rhythmic gymnastics.

Today's children face significant pressure at school, and many feel unsatisfied and overwhelmed after the school day. Rhythmic gymnastics after-school activities help kids release that pressure and express themselves in our supportive and welcoming environment.

We embrace both discipline and results-orientation because we believe every child deserves to see tangible progress. While not every student will claim state championships, each will experience meaningful achievement and personal growth. Our commitment extends beyond technique—we're here to build unshakeable self-confidence, guiding and encouraging every step of their journey.

Rhythmic Angels® intentionally maintains intimate class sizes: cozy groups for ages 3-6, and a maximum of 12 girls for ages 7 and above. This boutique approach reflects our core belief that quality surpasses quantity, allowing us to forge meaningful connections with each student in our pristine facility, complete with excellent climate control for year-round comfort.
